On
February 28 and 29 of 2008, Mr. Abdul Rahman ElRayess,
president of the LFKS, delivered the seminar in the Athletic
Training Center for the Iranian Referees and Judges in
Tehran - Iran by invitation from Mr. Ali Ghaffari, WKA
Iran representative. Mr. Abdul Rahman ElRayess gave lectures
that explained the rules and conditions of the kickboxing
competitions following the World Kickboxing Association
(WKA) standards.
Around 200 male and female
judges and referrers attended the seminar. They came
from different provinces in Iran. In addition, members
from the Iranian Judges committee participated as well
in the presence of Mr. Ali Ghaffari.
Also Mr. Mohammad Hadi Houssam,
president of the Athletic Training Center, attended one
of the sessions. He awarded a special traditional Iranian
trophy that is hand made.Mr. Abdul Rahman ElRayess was
honored with this trophy as a result of his services
to the Iranian Kickboxing through giving out yearly lectures
and also providing assistant to the kickboxing local
and international committees.
Toward the end of the seminar
all participants took the theoretical and practical tests.
Participants were given attendance certificates.
